Connect with a licensed healthcare provider through a secure telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
If deemed medically appropriate, your prescribed medication will be delivered to your doorstep every 30, 60, or 90 days, based on your provider’s recommendation.

How much does it cost?

Consultation Fee – A telehealth appointment with a licensed provider to assess your needs and determine eligibility for treatment.
Medication Cost – If prescribed, your medication will be delivered directly to you. Pricing varies based on dosage, supply duration (30, 60, or 90 days), and specific medication.
Subscription Plan – The subscription plan includes the cost of the medication. Our services operate on a flexible month-to-month plan that includes ongoing provider support, prescription management, and free shipping.
There are no hidden fees, and insurance is not required. You’ll receive upfront pricing before starting treatment, so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I cancel my subscription and does Evolve require a contract?
No Contract: You can cancel your Evolve Your Bod subscription at any time. To do so, follow these steps:

How soon will I receive my medication?
Henry is designed to be more than a telehealth platform, but still simple for our patients. You can start treatment in three easy-steps.
1) Complete a medical intake and (if necessary) have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment.
2) Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
3) If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30-days, or 60-days, or 90-days from our mail order pharmacy provider (depending on your provider’s decision).
We want to enable you to form a long-term connection with your provider so that they can provide ongoing care for your specific condition. With that in mind, Henry is designed for patients seeking long-term care.
Once you complete your medical intake forms, our team will schedule your telehealth appointment with a licensed provider.During your appointment, you’ll have a secure, two-way video consultation using Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to speak directly with your provider in a private, convenient, and professional setting—all from the comfort of your home.
What is the age range for treatment?

At this time, Evolve Your Bod operates as a cash-pay service and does not accept insurance. By offering a direct-pay model, we provide transparent, upfront pricing without the complexities of insurance approvals, co-pays, or hidden fees.
This approach allows us to keep costs competitive while ensuring accessible, high-quality care for all our patients. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use those funds for your treatment—check with your provider for eligibility.
